Linda Mulcahy

Linda Mulcahy is Professor of Socio-Legal Studies and Director of the Centre for Socio-Legal Studies at the University of Oxford. She specializes in dispute resolution and the experiences of lay users in legal systems, with research spanning healthcare complaints, court design, and digital justice. Her interdisciplinary work bridges law, sociology, and architecture.

Mulcahy's research examines the socio-legal dynamics of disputes in contexts ranging from medical negligence to neighborhood conflicts.
