Linda Koncz

Linda Koncz is a postdoctoral researcher affiliated with the DHI Program in CADOS at Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP), funded by Porticus. She holds a PhD in Culture Studies (magna cum laude) from UCP, an MA in Film Theory and History from ELTE University, and an MA in Filmmaking from Kingston University. Her work bridges cinema and academic research, focusing on interdisciplinary visual storytelling.

Recent publications analyze climate migration in mainstream cinema, spiritual migrant integration frameworks, and visual storytelling as a research method. She co-authors studies on apocalyptic themes, cultural identity, and narrative methodology, with a focus on European, Latin American, and global contexts.
