Linda James

Linda James is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the School of Nursing at Sam Houston State University (SHSU), serving since 2013. She specializes in community nursing education, cultural humility, and student wellness. Her roles include leading the nursing study abroad program, directing interprofessional disaster simulations for the College of Health Sciences, and advising the Student Nurses Association.

Research & Teaching Focus: Her work emphasizes cultural humility in healthcare, innovative teaching strategies like reflection-based learning, and holistic student wellness. She actively presents at national conferences and contributes to nursing education literature.
