Linda Hui Shi is an Associate Professor of Marketing and International Business at the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business, University of Victoria, Canada. Her research focuses on global marketing strategy, China marketing, customer relationship management, global account management (GAM), and luxury product consumption/counterfeit research. She has published extensively in top journals and presented at international conferences. Her work bridges academic and practical insights, particularly in GAM and cross-cultural consumer behavior.
