Linda Anderson is a Professor of Law and Director of the Flex JD Program at Stetson University College of Law. She joined the faculty in 2007, following prior roles including a visiting assistant professorship at Pierce Law and Concord Law School. Her academic career spans legal education since 1996, with leadership roles such as Program Director of Legal Studies at Woodbury College and Academic Dean.

Her research focuses on the intersection of law and sexuality, including parental rights for same-sex parents, legal implications of assisted reproduction, and the criminalization of consensual adult sexual behavior. Her work on grassroots advocacy includes a multimedia website and iBook documenting efforts to secure rights for same-sex couples.
In addition to her teaching and administrative roles, Anderson has contributed to academic leadership through her tenure as Academic Dean at Woodbury College and her work in legal skills education. Her professional experience includes practicing law in northern New Hampshire and roles with the New Hampshire court system and The Hitchcock Foundation.
Her research has involved collaborative projects such as a multimedia documentation of grassroots advocacy efforts, reflecting her commitment to innovative educational and advocacy methodologies.
