Linda Amos

Dr. Linda Amos is a researcher at the Institute of Prehistoric and Protohistoric Archaeology within the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at Kiel University. She leads the PaleoBIRD Project, which applies biomolecular methodologies to archaeological bird remains from the southern Levant to improve identification of remains and assess climate change impacts on avian populations during the Pleistocene. Her work bridges archaeology, ecology, and biomolecular science to reconstruct early human habitats and ecological dynamics.
