Lina Goh

Dr Lina Goh is a Lecturer and early career academic at the Sydney School of Health Sciences, University of Sydney. She holds a PhD in neurorehabilitation from 2022, focusing on freezing of gait in Parkinson’s disease. Her work bridges clinical practice and research, emphasizing technology-driven solutions and equitable healthcare access.

Research interests include neurorehabilitation for Parkinson’s disease, wearable technologies, exercise interventions for neurodegenerative conditions, and health literacy. Current projects address freezing of gait, high-intensity exercise therapies, and multifactorial mobility interventions.

Teaching focuses on neurological physiotherapy, aiming to prepare students for contemporary healthcare challenges. She received New Academic Staff Funding (2023) from the Faculty of Medicine and Health. Her work integrates clinical trials and qualitative research methods to advance evidence-based practices.
