Limin Zhang

Professor Limin Zhang is the Head and Chair Professor of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). He serves as Director of the Digital Cities and Smart Hazard Mitigation Laboratory and Associate Director of the GREAT Smart Cities Institute. In 2024, he received the inaugural National Engineer Award, the only scholar from Hong Kong's higher education institutions to earn this honor.
