Dr. Lim Jen Nee Jones is a Senior Lecturer (Education Focused) at the Malaysia School of Engineering, Monash University. She holds a BEng (Mechanical) and PhD from Monash University. Her academic roles include coordinating Engineering Design Units and fostering industrial partnerships. Research focuses on mechanical systems design, blended learning methodologies, and sustainable infrastructure solutions. She pioneered flipped learning in engineering education to enhance teaching quality.
