Lim Boon Tar Raymond is a Senior Lecturer and Domain Leader (Social & Behavioural Sciences) at the National University of Singapore (NUS), affiliated with both the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health (Primary) and Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (Joint). He specializes in behavioral science, health promotion, and public health evaluation. His work focuses on STI/HIV prevention, diabetes, and workplace health interventions.

Research interests include: culturally appropriate interventions, mixed methods research, and health communication strategies. His recent work addresses challenges in STI prevention among marginalized populations and diabetes management in Asian cohorts.
Publications highlight collaborations on HIV/STI prevention among entertainment workers and obesity-related mortality in diabetes patients. Notably, his 2018 study on cultural adaptation in STI prevention was published in Global Health.
