Lily Hands

Lily Hands is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Law, University of Cambridge. She holds a Master of Law (2017-2018) and PhD Candidate status (2019-2022) at Cambridge, alongside a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from Australian National University (2016) and dual degrees in Laws and Arts (Anthropology) from the University of Western Australia (2009-2014). Her research focuses intersect Law and Technology, Law and Economics, Human Rights, and Algorithmic Governance. She is supervised by Professor Simon Deakin.
