Dr. Lilu Barbosa is a Senior Lecturer and Director of the Leadership Program at Tufts University's School of Arts and Sciences. His roles include overseeing the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ) Leadership program. Previously, he served as Chief Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Officer at Harvard T.H.
