Licia Reggiani is a confirmed Associate Professor at the University of Bologna, affiliated with the Department of Classical Philology and Italian Studies. Her academic work spans linguistic and translation studies, emphasizing French and Francophone literature.

Her research focuses on translation (literary, postcolonial, theatrical, gastronomic, and wine-related), dissemination practices, linguistic variation, and discourse analysis. She is currently working on translating Universal Declarations.
Reggiani has participated in international conferences such as Médias et Bien-être (2014), Voci della traduzione (2016), and Space in Translation (2019). She also co-led theater translation projects, including works by Michel Azama and Fabrice Melquiot.
