Dr. Liang Zhang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Engineering and Aviation Sciences at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES). He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) and an M.S. in Information and Communication Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC). His research focuses on machine learning, mobile edge computing, UAV communications, wireless communications, and IoT, with an emphasis on resource optimization and algorithm design.
