Liam Wrigley is a Lecturer in Criminology and SSVC Co-Ordinator at Keele University's School of Social Sciences. Previously, he held positions at the University of Manchester's Department of Criminology (2018–2022) and other North West England/Yorkshire institutions since 2013. His expertise bridges interdisciplinary social science, focusing on youth studies, ethics, care, and applied qualitative methods.

Research Interests: Liam explores youth studies, ethics in social work, and social justice. His work addresses loneliness, social isolation, and ecologies of care, utilizing qualitative and participatory methods including Social Network Analysis (SNA). He collaborates with the Centre for Loneliness Studies at Sheffield Hallam University.

Teaching & Supervision: Teaches BA Criminology and MA Criminology and Criminal Justice programs. Supervises undergraduate/postgraduate dissertations and is open to supervising future PhD projects on youth studies, intersectionality, and care.
