Professor Liam M Grover is a Professor in Biomaterials Science and Head of the School of Chemical Engineering at the University of Birmingham. He directs the Healthcare Technologies Institute (HTI), an interdisciplinary network advancing medical technologies. His research focuses on biomaterials for tissue regeneration, with emphasis on bone and skin applications. Grover holds a BMedSc(Hons) and PhD from the University of Birmingham, followed by postdoctoral work at McGill University. He has secured over £30M in research funding from agencies like EPSRC, MRC, and industry partners.
