Lia Voerman

Lia Voerman is a Professor in Didactics at the Research Centre Urban Talent, Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. Her work focuses on enhancing teachers' activating interaction strategies through systematic feedback and dialogue optimization in classrooms.
