معرفی
Li-Min YANG is an Associate Professor at the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Xiamen University. His research focuses on environmental analytical chemistry and chromatographic/electrophoretic stationary phase development.
- Undergraduate: Liaoning University (1982–1986)
- Master’s: Liaoning University & Chinese Academy of Sciences Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics (1986–1989)
- Employment: Shenyang Institute of Chemical Technology (1989–1996), Gunma University (1996–1997), Xiamen University (1998–present)
Research Interests center on material mass transfer mechanisms in environmental systems and the application of novel chromatographic/ electrophoretic stationary phases. His work includes studies on mercury and cadmium biotransformation, metal speciation analysis, and photocatalytic reduction techniques for metal detection.
Selected Publications (2007–2013) highlight his contributions to environmental analytical chemistry, particularly in mercury speciation, cadmium release from nanoparticles, and diatom-metal interactions. Techniques like HPLC-AFS, SEC-ICP-MS, and UV/TiO2 photocatalysis are recurring themes in his work.
