Li-Fang Zhu

Dr. Li-Fang Zhu is a DFG Project Leader at the Institute of Materials Science, University of Stuttgart, Germany, and a Guest Scientist at the Max-Planck-Institut für Eisenforschung, Düsseldorf, Germany. She previously worked as a Research Scientist at the Max-Planck-Institut für Eisenforschung from 2009 to 2022.

Dr. Zhu leads the Adaptive Structural Materials group and contributes to computational materials design. Her affiliations include the Max-Planck-Institut für Eisenforschung and the University of Stuttgart, where she applies advanced modeling techniques to understand material behavior under extreme conditions.
