Li Cunningham

Dr Li Cunningham is an Associate Professor in Management and Program Director for the BSc Business Management Cluster at Bayes Business School (City, University of London). She holds a PhD in Management from Bayes and a First-Class Honours BA in Economics from Nanjing University. Her research focuses on international HRM, gender/diversity management, SME development in China, and AI in education. She has authored over 20 peer-reviewed articles and serves on editorial boards of journals like International Journal of Human Resource Management. Dr Cunningham is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and has led initiatives such as the City Connects Community Fund to enhance student engagement. She has held visiting roles at Nanjing University and contributed to conferences including the Academy of Management.
