Dr. Lew A. Weider serves as Executive Director of LU Serve and Chair of Biblical Worldview courses at Liberty University's School of Divinity. Since 1992, he has led curriculum development for Biblical Worldview programs and oversees LU Serve's local/international engagement initiatives. He is the Subject Matter Expert for RLGN 104, an online course focusing on Evangelism and Worldview. Active in community leadership, he chairs Thomas Road Baptist Church's Deacon Board, previously led the Kiwanis Club of Lynchburg, and sits on multiple community boards.
His research focuses on student engagement through community service and historical apologetics. Notable works include studies on undergraduate service impacts (2005) and analyses of Blaise Pascal's theological contributions (1990).
Dr. Weider has been instrumental in integrating faith-based service into academic and community contexts, emphasizing practical theology and ethical leadership.
