Leszek Ćwikła

Leszek Ćwikła is an Associate Professor at the Department of Negotiations and Mediation, Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. He holds a Habilitation in Legal Sciences (2012) and a PhD in Law (2002). His research focuses on Tourism Law and Legal History, with a habilitation dissertation on tourism development in interwar Poland. He has held numerous administrative roles, including Director of the Ukrainian Law School (since 2004), Head of Postgraduate Studies in Ukrainian Law, and Director of the Institute of Law and Economics in Stalowa Wola (2014–2019).

His expertise includes legal aspects of tourism, historical legal systems, and cross-border legal frameworks, particularly Ukrainian Law. He has contributed to initiatives promoting international legal cooperation and dispute resolution mechanisms.
