Leslie E. Roos is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Manitoba's Faculty of Arts with secondary appointments in Pediatrics. Her research prevents intergenerational transmission of stress-linked health inequities through scalable family mental health interventions.

Her recent publications (2016-2023) focus on digital interventions (BEAM) and parenting programs (BRIDGE) for at-risk families. Research employs randomized trials, feasibility studies, and neurobiological assessments across maternal mental health, child development, and stress reactivity domains, demonstrating commitment to evidence-based scalable solutions.
