Lesley Weihs

Lesley Weihs is an Adjunct Faculty member at Nebraska Methodist College with a dual career in nursing and healthcare administration. After transitioning from business roles in sales, marketing, and informatics, she became a nurse and has worked in diverse clinical areas before assuming leadership as a director in 2015. Currently, she oversees Shared Governance, professional education, and quality initiatives in nursing.

Lesley’s work emphasizes organizational efficiency and evidence-based practices in nursing.

Outside academia, Lesley is deeply involved in dog sports such as Agility, Obedience, and Fast Cat, sharing her life with husband Ron and their performance dogs.
