Lesley Turner

Lesley Turner is a Senior Teaching Fellow at the University of Southampton's School of Health Sciences, specializing in midwifery and healthcare workforce research. She oversees clinical placements for nursing and midwifery students as Head of Practice Education, ensuring safe and effective learning environments through collaboration with partner organizations. Her research focuses on midwifery staffing's impact on care quality, workforce sustainability, and quantitative analysis of healthcare data.
