Leonor Parreira

Leonor Parreira is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Lisbon, and Director of the Institute of Histology and Developmental Biology. She has coordinated the Research Support Office and served on the Pedagogical and Scientific Councils of the Faculty. Her career spans clinical hematology at Santa Maria University Hospital, research at institutions like the Royal Post-Graduate Medical School (London), Gulbenkian Institute of Science, and Institute of Molecular Medicine, where she founded the Hematopoietic Biology Unit.
