Leonor Almeida

Leonor Almeida is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Human Sciences, Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP), and a collaborator at the CRC-W - Católica Research Center for Psychological, Family and Social Wellbeing. With a 30-year teaching career, she focuses on bridging Psychology, Management, and Human Resource Management through curricular units in Social and Organizational Psychology.

Her interdisciplinary research centers on Creativity, Values, and Well-being in Organizational Contexts, with emphasis on developing assessment measures for creativity and designing interventions to promote creativity in organizations. She coordinates the Postgraduate Program in Communication and Positive Psychology and Advanced Training in Emotional Intelligence.

The 36 scientific productions across her career, including the 2024 article Free will, neurosciences & robotics, reflect her engagement with themes like Psychological Assessment, Leadership, and Organizational Innovation. Her fingerprint includes high relevance in Creative Thinking (100%), Structural Modeling, and Organizational Contexts.

She co-supervised the 2023 thesis O papel da comunicação interna no impacto da liderança nos níveis de criatividade dos colaboradores do Groupe SEB Portugal and participates in the CRC-W project Adolescence (2019-2025), focusing on health literacy and mental health.
