Helena Gil da Costa is an Invited Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Education and Psychology at Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP). She is a Researcher at the Research Centre for Theology and Religious Studies (CITER). Her work focuses on ethics, hybrid work dynamics, critical thinking, and service-learning methodologies. She has contributed to 38 research outputs since 1994, with an h-index of 3.
Her research explores interdisciplinary topics such as generational diversity in ethical frameworks, the impact of service-learning on student development, and hybrid work organization. She co-authored Ética e trabalho híbrido (2023) and edited volumes on creativity in creative industries (2021). Recent publications analyze student perspectives on service-learning's societal impact and hybrid work's evolving norms.
