Leonie Gossner is a Teaching and Research Assistant at the Institute of Educational Science, University of Zurich, since 2022. She also serves as a primary school teacher in Bülach (2015-2025) and held leadership roles as Head of Bülach Primary School (2018-2022). Her research focuses on teaching quality, cognitive activation, student feedback mechanisms, and instructional design. She has presented at conferences like EARLI and GEBF, with publications centered on classroom assessment tools (INSULA 2.0) and longitudinal studies of teaching practices.
