Leonid Nakov is a Full Professor at the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, Ss Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. He holds a PhD in Organizational Sciences and Management (2009), an MBA in General Management (2004), and a Bachelor's degree in Management (1997), all from the Faculty of Economics at the same university. His research focuses on strategic management, organizational change, and organizational culture.
- PhD: Strategic management of organizational changes (2004-2009)
- MBA: Management of organizational culture (1999-2004)
- Bachelor: Best student of the generation in Management (1993/94-1997/98)
As Chair of Management, he contributes to academic and professional activities in business administration and organizational sciences. His office hours are Monday (11:00–13:00), Tuesday (11:00–15:00), and Wednesday (11:00–13:00).
