Lenna V. Shulga

Lenna V. Shulga is an Associate Professor at the School of Travel Industry Management, University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. Her expertise focuses on hospitality human resources management and organizational behavior, with research contributions in services management, employee motivation, engagement, service climate, consumer behavior, and service interactions.
