Lena Marander-Eklund is an Associate Professor in Nordic Folklore at Åbo Akademi University, affiliated with the Faculty of Arts, Psychology and Theology, specifically within the Department of Culture, History and Philosophy. Her research interests include Nordic folklore, ethnology, oral history, collective memory, folk beliefs, gender and folklore, and medical humanities.
