Lemlem Gebremichael is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of South Australia's College of Nursing and Health Sciences, affiliated with the Caring Futures Institute. Her research focuses on cardiac rehabilitation, medication adherence, and cardiovascular care within the Country Heart Attack Prevention (CHAP) project. She holds a PhD in 'Assessing patterns and potentially inappropriate medication prescriptions in elderly patients admitted to South Australian Hospitals' (2020).
Education: PhD in Nursing/Health Sciences (2016–2020, University of South Australia). Research interests include polypharmacy management, evidence-based pharmacotherapy, and telehealth innovations. Her work aligns with UN SDGs related to health equity and sustainable communities.
