Dr. Leila Daneshmandi is an Assistant Professor in Residence of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Connecticut's College of Engineering and Biomedical Engineering Department. She serves as Director of the Entrepreneurship Hub and Co-Director of the Nursing and Engineering Innovation Center, fostering cross-disciplinary innovation. Her academic leadership includes teaching courses such as Technology Innovation I & II, Entrepreneurial Skills, and Startup Strategy. As Principal Investigator for the Graduate Entrepreneurship Fellowship Program and the Master's of Engineering in Global Entrepreneurship, she supports student entrepreneurs through grants like the ThirdBridge.
