Hussam Ayyad is an Assistant Professor (Teaching Stream) at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, and Founding Executive Director of Startup Rotman, a venture builder supporting Rotman students. He is also the Chief Operating Officer at Teammates.ai, specializing in autonomous business solutions. With over a decade of experience in entrepreneurship and business operations, he has led 40+ startup accelerator cohorts and supported over 1,000 entrepreneurs globally. He holds a Bachelor of Software Engineering from Western University, an MBET from the University of Waterloo, and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management.
