Leigh Hancher is a Part-time Professor at the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies within the European University Institute. She also serves as a Professor of European Law at the University of Tilburg and Counsel at Allen & Overy, Amsterdam. Her expertise spans energy regulation, EU state aid, and market governance.
