Lei Wang is a Professor at the School of Computing and Information Technology, University of Wollongong, Australia, and Founding Director of the Centre for Artificial Intelligence. He holds a PhD from Nanyang Technological University (2004) and B.Eng/M.Eng from Southeast University (1996/1999). His research focuses on machine learning, pattern recognition, and computer vision, with applications in medical imaging and AI.
