Lei Miao

Dr. Lei Miao is a Professor and Coordinator of Mechatronics Engineering at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). He holds a Ph.D. from Boston University (2006) and degrees from Northeastern University of China. His research focuses on wireless networks, controls, discrete event systems, and intelligent transportation systems. He has authored over 30 publications and secured grants totaling $150K+. Notable projects include smart traffic signal optimization and indoor wireless localization.
