Leaa Short

Leaa Short is a Lecturer at California State University, Fullerton in the Department of Geography & the Environment. She earned an MA and BA in Geography and teaches courses focused on environmental and human geography.

Research Interests: Leaa's work centers on environmental geography, including human-nature interactions, critical resource geography, sustainability, social and environmental justice, ethnobiology, biogeography, urban & rural studies, political and economic ecology, and cultural ecology. Her teaching spans global environmental problems, human geography, urban planning, and tropical rainforests.
