Lawrence Alan Wilk

Lawrence Alan Wilk is a Continuing Lecturer in the Department of Strategy at the Paul Merage School of Business, University of California, Irvine (UCI). He is actively engaged in fostering student entrepreneurship and innovation through leadership roles in key programs.

He teaches in MBA and executive education programs, focusing on corporate innovation for industries including healthcare, media, technology, and automotive.

His educational background includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA with Honors from Southern Methodist University. With 26 years of industry experience at The Walt Disney Company and Andersen Consulting, he brings real-world operational and strategic expertise into the classroom.

His research interests span entrepreneurship, corporate innovation, metaverse and spatial computing, and health care innovation and investment. These areas reflect his engagement with emerging technologies and scalable business models.

While no publications or scientific awards are listed, his professional and academic work emphasizes experiential learning, venture development, and industry collaboration.

He has advised and led multiple student initiatives and programs, contributing significantly to UCI’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. He has also consulted for companies in automotive, media, retail, and real estate sectors.
