Dr. Lavanya Vasudevan is an Associate Professor in the Hubert Department of Global Health at Emory University and adjunct faculty at Duke Global Health Institute. Her research focuses on promoting vaccination equity, particularly in resource-limited settings, and leveraging digital health technologies to enhance health systems. She holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Genetics from Cornell University, an MPH from Johns Hopkins, and a B.Pharm. from the University of Mumbai.
Her work emphasizes multi-level strategies for vaccine communication, addressing information deficits, and improving vaccination timeliness through mobile health (mHealth) innovations.
