Laurie E. Paarlberg is a Professor and Charles Stewart Mott Foundation Chair on Community Foundations at the IU Indianapolis Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. Her research focuses on the evolving dynamics of community philanthropy, particularly issues of equity, rural-urban divides, and institutional change in local United Ways and community foundations.
