Laurent Manderieux

Laurent Manderieux is an Associate Professor of Intellectual Property Law at Senghor University of Francophonie and an Adjunct Professor at Bocconi University, where he has taught since the 2004-2005 academic year. He serves on the Directorate Board of Bocconi University's LL.M. in Law of Internet Technology and is a member of the Academic Council at Senghor University. He chairs the European Intellectual Property Teachers' Network (EIPTN) and coordinates the Transatlantic Intellectual Property Academy (TIPSA). His research focuses on International Intellectual Property Law, integrating perspectives on Trade and Development, Technology, and Basic Human Needs Law.

Teaching emphasizes interactive methods leveraging technology to enhance student engagement beyond exams, such as in courses like Intellectual Property and Competition in the Digital Age and Global Law of Business and New Technologies. He has also instructed courses on Legal English Drafting, Transactional Law in Digital Contexts, and Economy Law and New Technologies Lab.

Manderieux actively contributes to academic networks and global legal education initiatives, fostering interdisciplinary approaches to modern legal challenges in technology and digital economies.
