Laurent LE HEN is a Lecturer at the University of Rennes, affiliated with the IGR-IAE Rennes (Institut de Gestion du Rennes) and the CREM UMR CNRS 6211 research center. He holds multiple administrative roles, including Director General of the IGR-IAE Foundation and Head of the Accounting Control Audit Master's programs (both initial and work-study tracks). He also directs the IRPEC (Regional Institute for Preparation for Accounting Expertise).
His research focuses on corporate law, structures for liberal professions, and corporate engineering. Teaching responsibilities include courses on corporate law, corporate engineering, and group company dynamics. He oversees student preparation for the Chartered Accountant Diploma and organizes corporate law seminars for non-lawyers.
