Lauren Howe is an Assistant Professor in Management at the University of Zurich, affiliated with the Faculty of Business, Economics and Informatics and the Department of Business Administration. Her research explores how human attributes like emotion, empathy, and social relationships can improve work environments amidst technological transformation.
