Laure de Preux is an Associate Professor of Economics at Imperial College Business School, specializing in health and environmental economics. She holds affiliations with the Centre for Health Economics & Policy Innovation, the Grantham Institute (Climate Change and the Environment), and the HEAL group at the University of Mannheim. Her research focuses on climate policy evaluation, environmental determinants of health, and socioeconomic disparities in healthcare utilization. She has held roles including British Academy Post-Doctoral Fellow (2013-2016) and Research Officer at LSE (2008-2013). Awards include the Teaching Excellence Award (2017, 2018) and the Erik Kempe Award (2014).
