Laura Stigliano is an Assistant Professor of Hispanic Linguistics in the Department of Spanish and Portuguese at The Ohio State University. She is affiliated with the Center for Latin American Studies and the Center for Cognitive and Brain Sciences. Her research focuses on syntax, semantics, morphology, and experimental linguistics, examining phenomena such as ellipsis, islands, resumptive pronouns, and quantification across Spanish, Galician, Portuguese, and Hungarian.
