Laura Pajula is a doctoral researcher at the Centre of Excellence in Research on Ageing and Care, affiliated with the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Jyväskylä. She actively contributes to the DigiIn-project (Towards Socially Inclusive Digital Society: Transforming Service Culture), funded by the Strategic Research Council. Her work focuses on the intersection of digital public services and older adults' inclusion in society.
