Laura Noval is Associate Professor of Management and Organisation at Rennes School of Business, examining psychological foundations of ethical decision-making.

Research integrates experimental methods to study emotional influences on moral behavior, mindfulness interventions for prosocial outcomes, and cognitive mechanisms in self-serving biases. Recent work demonstrates counterintuitive effects of sadness reducing unethical behavior.
