Dr. Laura Mazzoli Smith is a researcher at Durham University’s School of Education, with a multidisciplinary background in anthropology, literary studies, and sociology. Her work bridges education and health, focusing on issues of social justice, wellbeing, and narrative inquiry. She co-leads the Narrative Practices Lab within the Discovery Research Platform for Medical Humanities and contributes to Fuse, a UK Public Health Research Centre of Excellence.
